weight training

When weight training one should concentrate, on high reps, for example do 3 sets of at least 10-12 reps. When Weight lifting one would have heavier weight and do lower amount of sets in each rep, going for around 6-8. keep that im mind more coming soon

the begining

weight training is something that everyone should learn, it is perfect for those looking to stay in shape or for those looking to drop a few pounds. Weight lifting on the other hand is more for those concentrating on builing up the bigger bulkier muscles. weight training is used by many individuals including professional athletes although you can image work out routine intensities vary. look forward to further discussions on weight training and tips , in the near future.
